 Goals

  • The following issues need to be addressed firstly:

    • Audit objectives: it was discussed and proposed to leave the audit objective in the current status and to give in the audit report an indication if the audit objective has been met

    • Certification: currently no requirements for the issuance of WMO certificates are known to us. It is also not clear yet if WMO wants to issue unlimited or limited certificates.

    • Audit programme: adapt the audit programme based on the risk based approach (as proposed on Friday) concerning the audit method and the possibility to collect evidence with remote means.

    • Remote Audits Limitations and Risks: discuss this based on the presentation given on Friday (which also was circulated)

  • background information (provided by Luis)

    • latest version of the RWC "Audit programme" provided by Samantha

    • a set of questions raised by ET-WTR collected by Tanja

  • ET-AC will be communicated about who will be auditee (South Africa or Argentina) with necessary info on the auditee.

  • ET-AC will discuss risks associated with the online audit at its October meeting

  • The Self Assessment Questionnaire will be finalized by ET-WTR more or less by the same time as the audit notification.
