Namibia Radiosonde Data
Windhoek station does not report in BUFR, but the IBL Moving Weather is capable of producing BUFR reports.
Goal: Windhoek station to provide radiosonde data in BUFR format (both TAC and BUFR at the beginning)

1 | 3rd April | IBL/Richard | MW is receiving the TEMP bulletins in old TAC format from this machine: 192.168.151.77 - upperair [03/Apr/2023:14:14:03 +0200] "PUT /mwdb/MovingWeather-var/channel/ftp_users/upperair/WWPILOT.TXT" 200 1201 BUFR bulletins can be generated and uploaded to MW as well. So please check that machine (192.168.151.77) and try to find out how the file is uploaded to MW. I can configure the channel in MW to process the BUFR data when they will be available.
