  • ECMWF

    • On 22 and 23 February we received the 309057 BUFR reports from Cotonou (listings attached) - this is good (tres bien).

    • These were the only BUFR reports - good/OK/bien.

    • We ask NMSs to keep sending TAC reports for at least two months once the BUFR reports are being sent correctly - this allows time for NWP centers to assess the BUFR reports and switch over to them.

  • NMC Cotonou, Bein

    • The computer system went back to normal on 22nd February. Only IUSH01 (309057) BUFR data was sent.

  • RTH Niamey (Mourtala) (iromourtala@yahoo.fr)

    • 24/02: no conversion at RTH Niamey for data from Benin. Will check it again.
