Tunisia: RS Data Missing block number

Goal: To add the block number at the stations - changing a default in the setup
Background:
Two stations from Tunisia have missing Block numbers in BUFR: 60715 and 60760. They are sending 309057 data now.

The IUKD01 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (U): Upper air. A1 (K): Radio soundings from fixed land stations (up to 100 hPa) TEMP (parts A, B). A2 (D): 90°E - 0° northern hemisphere.
The IU[KS]D02 reports from DTTA started on 2021-11-23.
The IU[KS]D01 reports from DTTA started over a year ago.
The 'noout' values in the table below indicate that none of them have been decoded -
presumably all because of the missing block number, but I can't be sure of this.

Because of the missing block (should be 60), the BUFR data are not passed to the NWP system at ECMWF
