  • Hassan welcomed the participants and remind the goals of the meeting. He then presented the approach for having remotely meetings with National Met services to discuss the Telecom, observation issues in RAI. He suggested to have groups based on language spoken in the country (English, French and Arabic).

  • Abubaker presented the survey

  • Bernard appreciated the initiative of having this meeting and highlighted the need to consider countries not speaking nor English or French.

  • Mark proposed to involve RTH and GISCs.

  • Enrico proposed to have small groups in order to have efficient meetings.

  • Roland noted the importance of approaching telecom providers
