Thanks everyone’s effort. Validate the document and the architecture of the document. And then to collect for suggestions.

  • 6 main focus, a little bit confusing,

Question:

  • which page from Confluenc should the team members to work on

  • Hassan: everyone contributes their own part by creating a new page

  • Ge Peng: data and information management,

  • Hassan: we need the definition

  • Axel: when we look at information management, it not only refers to data management, but also includes data processing, data quality management, etc. Usage and examples, at the very beginning, it should be very generic. basic structure of information management.

  • Hassan: first step is to discuss the framework of the document

  • Ge Peng: the scope of this list will need to be discussed in the team meeting. We need to determine the scope of the document. Everything is preliminary.

  • William: im needs to be defined. includes data, all derived products (grid analysis graphs,), be clear how broad the document will be. How broad the information management definition will be.

  • Ge Peng: agree on the defintion of IM. It is important to determine the scope of the information management before the team to get started.
