Global Cache discussion

• Kai to raise a ticket regarding the concern of end-users tend to subscribe to origin/a/wis2/data/core when they subscribe to recommended data ( relevant to https://github.com/wmo-im/wis2-guide/pull/52 )

• (Jeremy) after the pre-operational phase, if there is an increasing number of users doing inappropriately, changes to be considered then.

• Decision: It is agreed that Caches do not subscribe to recommended data. Only messages for core data are republished.

• Action: Kai to raise an issue for further discussion in future
