WDQMS grey dots: OSCAR Schedule issue - Number of Expected Files: 0, because
OSCAR/Surface: “Intended for International exchange”: is not set as “Yes”
Action: OSCAR NFP needs to reconfigure the metadata thus all the stations sending data are visible in WDQMS in GREEN. (Email sent to OSCAR NFP)
