test gc.wis2dev.io, an AL change or user/password is needed (GC/GDC), using naming convention, using user/passwd: everyone-dev/everyone-dev

from the GB to GC&GDC to be tested.

(Max and Tom) to update the setup and teardown document accordingly. Remaining two PRs will be finalized by today (GC/GDC).

This repo: copy template using centre-id, fill in the functional/performance test, save-> PR

(Rémy) will create a folder for all to upload the raw pytest result

(Hassan) to help create template for each service.

Mock tests, GB, GC, test day starting time and tester, participants are added.
