•  Hassan: to provide a document with decisions and relevant information(using AsciiDoc, including MQTT parameters)
•  Hassan: to collect all RTH contact points; to organize meetings with RTHs and identify the potential RTHs to play WIS2 to GTS gateway for their AoRs.
•  Kenji: to check the possibility of providing the GTS to WIS2 gateway by JMA
