4.1.1 There are 15 technical specifications (WIS2-TechSpecs) that define the interfaces to the major WIS2 functions. The specifications for these interfaces are described in more detail in Appendix D and are named and numbered as follows:

4.2 WIS-TechSpec-1: Uploading PUBLICATION PUBLICATION of metadata for data and productsSERVICES
