| Enrico | Briefing on the changes from WMO Secretariat Hassan Haddouch and David Berry will join the WMO Secretariat. David will be supporting this team. It is proposed to have a meeting in the near future to involve David to support the team. The guidance of the document will be either in the WIS guide or be another document. This will be submitted to the INFCOM session in March 2022. It is possible for Hassan to review the document.

Peng William echoes the questions Anna Discusison on a seperate document or be integrated into WIS manual/guide Sebbari, Peng, William all propose this document to be a seperate document, not to be included in the guide to WIS. William mentioned that the appendencies will be attached to the document. Axel also agrees this document to be a seperate one. Tim leans also towards to a seperate one.
